1:2 Mini Ferrari F40 Go-Kart
This go-kart was built to resemble an F40 and features red fiberglass bodywork over a steel chassis, and is powered by a 230cc air-cooled single, linked to a 2:1 reduction planetary gearbox and a drive chain. Equipment includes independent wishbone suspension with coil-over shock absorbers, hydraulic disc brakes, red seats, an electric starter, a three-spoke steering wheel, plastic windows, a rear wing, faux exhaust outlets and NACA ducts, a removable roof panel, and 10″ Speedline-style wheels. This Junior F40 was purchased by the seller in 2023 and is now offered in Southampton, England, on a bill of sale.
The fiberglass bodywork is finished in red and features F40-style NACA ducts and side vents, a rear wing, decorative front lights, and a plastic windscreen and side windows. Additional features include a hinged thermoplastic engine cover for engine and fuel tank access, a black mesh rear panel with inoperative lights, a California-style license plate, faux exhaust outlets, and a removable roof panel for cabin access. The car measures approximately 102″ long and 63″ wide.

The 10″ Speedline-style wheels wear in Journey 205/50 bias-ply tires. Braking is by hydraulic cross-drilled discs, and the kart is equipped with four-wheel oil-damped independent suspension with coil-over shock absorbers and a rear differential.

The cockpit features individual bucket seats trimmed in red cloth upholstery, together with black carpeting on the floor and side panels.

The three-spoke D-shaped steering wheel fronts a dashboard trimmed in gray cloth that features an instrument panel housing gauges for engine temperature and voltage as well as a starter key. A diamond-stitched under-heel grip pad and twin foot pedals are positioned below.

The 230cc OHV air-cooled single is linked with a 2:1 reduction planetary gearbox and a drive chain. The seller notes that an oil change was completed three months ago.
